Our Journey

The owner of FireNSpice, Sheena, had Jerk Chicken for the first time while traveling and loved it so much that she decided to master the art of cooking it. With lots of trial and error, she has perfected the authentic flavor of the Caribbean. What started as a college tuition fundraiser soon became a business venture. FireNSpice was created to bring  a unique flavor for both meat eaters and vegans that would be culturally authentic and hard to find in the Fresno area. Fire N Spice’s signature flavor is JERK! Jerk Chicken is a staple Caribbean dish that originated in Jamaica. We wanted to bring those savory flavors here to give the community a taste of the Caribbean! That is why our marinade is made from scratch and so is our authentic rice. Our goal is to offer the valley a variety of cultured food that is delicious, made with quality ingredients, with fire vegan options; because we believe that vegans deserve mouth-watering food too! We wanted to bring a spice and flavor that you can’t find anywhere else. We call ourselves Fire N Spice because our food & Love Bites are Fire, N the Spices that we flavor our food with will always leave you wanting more. So, welcome to the taste of the Caribbean with Fire N Spice! Currently we offer food during our monthly sales, pop-ups & catered events.
