Our Journey

The owner of FireNSpice, Sheena, had Jerk Chicken for the first time while traveling and loved it so much that she decided to master the art of cooking it. With lots of trial and error, she has perfected the authentic flavor of the Caribbean. What started as a college tuition fundraiser soon became a business venture. FireNSpice was created to bring  a unique flavor for both meat eaters and vegans that would be culturally authentic and hard to find in the Fresno area.    

 

Currently, she works out of a commercial kitchen & does pop ups, caters events, & monthly sales. FireNSpice is also in the process of getting a food truck so stay tuned!
